has the most advanced German washing equipment and the top-ranking down and feather production lines which can process all kinds of high quality and functional down and feather products, such as:Nano-down, Anti-bacterial down, Water-repellent down, Fire-retardant down, Blends, etc. Moreover, we have the constant humidity and constant temperature internal test lab with all kinds of testing equipment which can test Down Content, Species, Cleanliness, Filling Power(Steam), Fat & Oil, Oxygen Number, Water Repellency, etc. The annual production of washed down 500 tons, and feather 5000 tons.

Our company not only has the integrated, scientific quality management system, passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification, but also has strong sense of social responsibility, paying attention to ecological environmental protection, using low carbon detergents and chemicals, and applying for the Bluesign approval.

Meanwhile, we focus on animal welfare protection, having participated and passed the traceability certification of RDS and Downpass. We also participated and passed GRS global recyclable down certification to achieve the recycling goal of down products.
